Professional Summary

Master of Engineering degree from the University of Žilina and a solid background in railway transport sales and operations, I have dedicated my career to optimizing traffic in Europe. I currently work at RailNetEurope (RNE), where I contribute to the Timetable Redesign (TTR) Programme – the flagship of harmonization and digitization of railway capacity management on the European rail network. On top of that, I am responsible for establishing professional project management workflow and launching organisational Project Management Office (PMO)

My expertise lies in translating complex regulatory and operational requirements into functional digital processes. From feasibility studies to market analyses, I bridge the gap between traditional infrastructure and modern digital requirements.

In addition to my primary focus on excellence within the RNE Joint Office, I am intensely interested in the economics of “SaaS-enabled Marketplaces.” I explore how digital platforms can reduce the administrative burden for service providers in logistics and local services by applying the principles of efficiency from large infrastructure to the microeconomics of services.
